A600 Board Level

When Size and Weight Matter

A600 Board Level - Small, Light, Easy to Integrate

A600 Board Level      The A600 board level series have an exceptional price/performance ratio and are designed to achieve the optimum in performance, durability, and value. To extend OEM's requirements Basler added a board level version based on the A600f camera series. This slim and compact board level device contains nearly the same, full functionality as the housing version. Achieving a size smaller than a credit card was a key design target for the board level camera. With a board size of only 75 mm x 45 mm, the camera is easy to integrate and especially suitable for OEMs.

Your benefits include:

Smaller than a credit card for easy integration
The low, 21 gram weight is ideal for applications such as a robot arm
Up to 100 frames per second at VGA resolution for higher throughput
A well established product especially suitable for OEMs
100% quality checked and calibrated to give you consistent performance and reliability

When using our 1394 BCAM Driver SDK in combination with our Smart Features Framework software:

An extended data stream feature that lets you append image related information to the data for each capured image. The extended data can include information such as DCAM values (shutter, gain, brightness, AOI, etc.), a CRC checksum, a frame counter, and a time stamp
An I/O stamp to tag each captured image with the state of the camera's digital I/O ports when the image was captured
A look up table for gamma correction and/or lossless data compression
The ability to control the status of the camera's digital I/O ports via your software

Framerates up to 100 fps at VGA resolution, free programmable digital I/Os and excellent image quality in monochrome or color provide more versatility and offers higher cost-effectiveness. Various mounting holes or an optional C-mount will make the integration easy, as well as plug-and-play IEEE 1394 interface combined with an easy-to-use BCAM driver. Pre-processing like the Smart Feature Framework (SFF) inside the board level camera will support the optimized properties of this OEM product.
